Ingredients
For the passion fruit filling:
1 cup passion fruit pulp or juice
1 can sweetened condensed milk (about 395 g)
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp unflavored gelatin powder
3 tbsp cold water
Β½ cup dark or milk chocolate, finely chopped
For the chocolate coating:
250 g dark or milk chocolate
1 tsp vegetable oil or coconut oil, optional

Sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
Gently heat the gelatin until completely dissolved. Do not let it boil.
In a bowl, combine the passion fruit pulp, condensed milk, and heavy cream. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
Add the dissolved gelatin and mix well until fully incorporated.
Fold in the chopped chocolate pieces.
Pour the mixture into small silicone molds or suitable cups. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, until completely set. For easier chocolate coating, you can freeze them for 1β2 hours until very firm.
Melt the chocolate for the coating. Add a little oil if you want a smoother, shinier finish.
Remove the chilled desserts from the molds and coat them completely with the melted chocolate.
Place them on parchment paper and sprinkle with a little grated chocolate.
Refrigerate for a few minutes until the chocolate coating sets. Serve chilled and enjoy! ππ«π
