Oven Baked 4-Ingredient Amish Chicken and Green Bean Bake

Ingredients (4 items)

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups green beans (fresh, frozen, or canned – drained)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

🔥 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish.
  3. Spread the green beans evenly on the bottom.
  4. Place the chicken breasts on top of the beans.
  5. Spoon the cream of mushroom soup over the chicken, spreading evenly.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously on top.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake another 15–20 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden and bubbly.
