📋 Ingredients:

12 ounces linguine

1 tablespoon salt, for pasta water

1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

5 cloves garlic, minced

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons butter

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup whole milk

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon onion powder

👩‍🍳 Directions:

1️⃣ Cook the pasta:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the linguine until tender but still firm. Drain well and set aside.

2️⃣ Start the garlic butter:

Melt the butter with the olive oil in a wide skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.

3️⃣ Cook the shrimp:

Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook until pink and lightly golden on both sides.

4️⃣ Finish the shrimp:

Drizzle in the lemon juice, toss quickly, then transfer the shrimp to a plate to keep warm.
