Ingredients:
1 teaspoon baking soda
1–2 teaspoons water
½ teaspoon plain yogurt, optional
Directions:
Add the baking soda to a small clean bowl.
Slowly add the water and mix until you get a thin, smooth paste.
If using yogurt, add ½ teaspoon and mix well.
Apply a very thin layer to clean skin, avoiding the eyes, lips, and any irritated or broken skin.
Leave it on for no more than 2–3 minutes the first time.
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
Pat the skin dry gently.
Apply a simple, fragrance-free moisturizer afterward.
Important: Baking soda can be irritating because it is alkaline. Patch-test first and stop immediately if you experience burning, redness, or irritation. Avoid using it on sensitive or damaged skin, and don’t use it as a treatment for wrinkles, dark spots, or dark circles.
