- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:
- Prep the Chicken:
Toss sliced chicken with a pinch of salt, pepper, and half the soy sauce. Let sit for 5–10 minutes. - Heat the Pan:
