Air Fryer Poached Eggs (Eggs in Ramekins)
π Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- 4 small ramekins (heat-safe cups)
- 1β2 tablespoons water per ramekin
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
π©βπ³ Instructions:
- PreheatΒ the air fryer to 350Β°F (175Β°C) for 3β5 minutes.
- Lightly grease the ramekins with a little oil or cooking spray.
- Add 1β2 tablespoons of water into each ramekin.
- Crack one egg into each ramekin.
- Carefully place the ramekins inside the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5β8 minutes depending on how runny you like the yolk:
- 5β6 minutes β soft/runny yolk
- 7β8 minutes β firmer yolk
- Remove carefully (they will be hot).
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Serve immediately.
