Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced thin
  • 1 small Chinese (Napa) cabbage, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced (optional)
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Chicken:
Toss sliced chicken with a pinch of salt, pepper, and half the soy sauce. Let sit for 5–10 minutes.
  2. Heat the Pan:
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the Chicken:
Add chicken and stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
  4. Stir-Fry Vegetables:
Add remaining oil to the pan. Sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add cabbage and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
  5. Make the Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water.
  6. Combine Everything:
Return chicken to the pan. Pour sauce over and stir well. Cook 1–2 minutes until sauce thickens and coats everything beautifully.
  7. Finish & Serve:
Stir in green onions and red pepper flakes if using. Serve hot over rice or enjoy as a low-carb meal on its own.

Savory, juicy, and full of flavor — this one disappears fast! 🍜🔥
