Ingredients

For the spicy broth:
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili paste (adjust based on preferred spice level)
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon five-spice powder (optional)
- Fresh cilantro and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Make the dumplings: In a bowl, mix the ground meat (or tofu), garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Place a small spoonful of the mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Wet the edges with water, fold the wrapper in half, and press the edges together to seal the dumplings.
