Ingredients
2 cups (250g) potato flour or finely mashed cooked potato
½ cup (65g) all-purpose flour
2 tbsp (30ml) vegetable oil
½ tsp (3g) salt
½ tsp (2g) onion powder
½ tsp (2g) garlic powder
¼ tsp (1g) paprika
½ cup (120ml) water, added gradually
👩🍳 Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the potato flour, all-purpose flour, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika.
Add the vegetable oil and gradually pour in the water while mixing until a smooth, firm dough forms.
Knead the dough briefly until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out very thinly.
Cut the dough into small circles using a round cookie cutter or a small glass.
Arrange the circles on a parchment-lined or lightly greased baking tray without overlapping.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 10–15 minutes, or until the chips are lightly golden and crisp. Keep an eye on them because thin chips can brown quickly.
Remove from the oven and let them cool completely. They’ll become even crispier as they cool.
Season with a little extra salt or your favorite seasoning, then serve and enjoy! 😋🥔✨
