1 tablespoon raw honey
1 teaspoon plain unsweetened yogurt
Β½ teaspoon aloe vera gel
2β3 drops jojoba oil or sweet almond oil
1 small pinch of finely ground turmeric β optional

- Prepare the mixture
Add the honey, plain yogurt, and aloe vera gel to a small, clean bowl. - Add the oil
Add 2β3 drops of jojoba oil or sweet almond oil. Mix everything thoroughly until you have a smooth, glossy mask. - Optional turmeric
If using turmeric, add only a very small pinch and mix well. Avoid adding too much because turmeric can temporarily stain the skin. - Cleanse your face
Wash your face gently with lukewarm water and a mild cleanser. Pat dry without rubbing. - Apply the mask
Using clean fingertips or a clean cosmetic brush, spread a thin, even layer over the face. Avoid the eye area, lips, and any irritated or broken skin. - Let it sit
Leave the mask on for approximately 10β15 minutes. Do not allow it to completely dry and crack on the skin. - Rinse
Gently rinse with lukewarm water and pat your face dry with a clean, soft towel. - Moisturize
Finish with your favorite gentle facial moisturizer to help keep your skin feeling hydrated and comfortable.
