πŸ• Mini Homemade Pizzas

Ingredients
For the dough:
3Β½ cups (440 g) all-purpose flour
1 cup (240 ml) warm water
2ΒΌ tsp (7 g) instant yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp milk, optional, for a softer dough
For the topping:
1 cup pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Β½ cup sliced pepperoni
Β½ green bell pepper, finely diced
Β½ red bell pepper, finely diced
ΒΌ cup sliced black olives
1 tsp dried oregano
Β½ tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp olive oil
Method
Prepare the dough:
In a large bowl, combine the warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for about 5 minutes. Add the flour, salt, olive oil, and milk if using.
Knead:
Mix until a dough forms, then knead for about 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Let it rise:
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Shape the mini pizzas:
Divide the dough into 8–10 equal portions. Roll each portion into a small round, about Β½ inch thick, and place them on a lightly greased baking tray.
Add the sauce:
Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each dough round, leaving a small border around the edges.
Add the toppings:
Sprinkle generously with mozzarella, then add pepperoni, green and red peppers, and black olives. Finish with oregano and a light drizzle of olive oil.
Bake:
Preheat the oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C). Bake for approximately 12–15 minutes, or until the crusts are golden and the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
Serve:
Let the mini pizzas cool for a couple of minutes, then serve warm and enjoy! πŸ•β€οΈ
Tip: For extra-soft and fluffy mini pizzas, avoid adding too much flour while kneading and let the dough rise until it has visibly doubled in size.
