Ingredients
For the Rolls:
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
4 oz (115 g) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup peach jam
2–3 fresh peaches, peeled and finely diced
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup butter, melted
For the Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2–3 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Prepare the Filling:
In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Prepare the Dough:
Unroll the crescent dough and gently press the seams together to form one large rectangle.
Add the Filling:
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough. Spread the peach jam over the cream cheese, then scatter the diced peaches evenly on top.
Roll It Up:
Starting from one long side, carefully roll the dough into a tight log.
Slice:
Using a sharp knife, cut the log into approximately 10–12 even rolls.
Arrange:
Place the rolls in a lightly greased 9×13-inch baking dish, leaving a little space between them. Brush the tops lightly with melted butter.
Bake:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the rolls are puffed and beautifully golden brown.
Make the Glaze:
Whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Add a little more milk if needed to reach a drizzleable consistency.
Finish:
Let the rolls cool for about 5–10 minutes, then drizzle generously with the glaze.
