Ingredients
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 tablespoon plain yogurt
½ teaspoon honey
1–2 teaspoons water, only if needed to adjust the consistency
🥣 How to Make It
Add the baking soda to a small, clean bowl.
Add the plain yogurt and honey.
Mix everything together until you have a smooth, creamy paste.
If the mixture feels too thick, add a little water, a few drops at a time.
Make the mixture fresh each time and use it immediately.
🧖♀️ How to Use
Start with clean, slightly damp skin.
Apply a very thin layer to the desired area.
Avoid the eyes, lips, broken skin, and irritated areas.
Do not scrub aggressively. If using it as a scrub, use only very gentle circular movements for a few seconds.
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
Pat your skin dry with a clean, soft towel.
Follow with your usual gentle moisturizer.
⚠️ Important Notes
Baking soda can be irritating for some people because it is alkaline and may disrupt the skin barrier. For that reason, this is not a daily skincare treatment. Patch-test a small area first, and stop immediately if you experience burning, redness, itching, or irritation.
Avoid using it on sensitive, damaged, sunburned, or already irritated skin. Keep the mixture away from the eyes.
For social-media wording: present it as a simple homemade skincare idea, not as a treatment for wrinkles, dark spots, acne, or other skin conditions.
