Ingredients:

  • 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric (for color)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 slices whole grain bread, toasted (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the tofu: Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into small cubes.
