Ingredients:
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 cup almonds (optional)
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
- Toast the nuts: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the pecans, cashews, and almonds (if using) on a baking sheet in a single layer. Toast them in the oven for 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway through, until lightly golden and fragrant. Be careful not to burn them.
