Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken with Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  1. 3 chicken breasts
  2. 1 can of Campbell’s Cream of Chicken Soup (or any other cream-based soup)
  3. 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  4. 1/4 cup of butter (cut into cubes)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the slow cooker:
    • Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Add the mushrooms:
    • Layer the sliced mushrooms over the chicken breasts.
  3. Add the cream of chicken soup:
    • Pour the can of soup over the chicken and mushrooms, spreading it evenly.
  4. Top with butter:
    • Place the cubes of butter on top of the soup mixture. This will melt and help create a rich, creamy sauce.
  5. Cook:
    • Cover and cook on low for about 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
  6. Serve:
    • Once done, shred the chicken with a fork, stir everything together, and serve with your choice of sides (rice, potatoes, or pasta are great options).
