Moringa tea recipe

Ingredients:​1 teaspoon of Moringa powder.​1 cup of hot water (not boiling, to preserve the nutrients).​1 teaspoon of natural honey (to sweeten the slightly bitter taste).​A few drops of fresh lemon juice.

​Preparation Steps:​Place the Moringa powder in your cup.​Add the hot water gradually, stirring constantly to avoid clumping.​Stir in the honey and lemon as desired.​Drink it warm in the morning for an energy boost.​

Tip: Moringa is excellent for supporting vision health due to its high Vitamin A content; however, it does not change eye color.
