Hearty Pinto Bean, Green Chile, and Beef Soup
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
2 cups cooked pinto beans
1 can diced green chiles
1 onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 cups beef broth
1 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
In a pot, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic.
Add beans, green chiles, beef broth, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Simmer on low for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot with your favorite bread!
