Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the apples:
    • Toss the diced apples with lemon juice and set them aside.
  2. Make the fritter batter:
    • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar.
    • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract together.
