These cheesy, flaky biscuit sandwiches filled with tender pulled beef are the perfect comfort food! The combination of crispy biscuits, melted cheese, and juicy beef creates a delicious and satisfying bite, ideal for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (cold, cut into small cubes)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups cooked pulled beef (or roast beef)

Instructions:
