Ingredients:

  • 18-24 large strawberries
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese (softened)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Strawberries:
    • Rinse the strawberries and remove the green stems. Using a small knife or a melon baller, hollow out the center of each strawberry, creating space for the cheesecake filling.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Filling:
    • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
    • Add the heavy whipping cream and continue to beat until the mixture becomes thick and fluffy.
  3. Fill the Strawberries:
    • Carefully spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling into the hollowed-out center of each strawberry.
  4. Garnish:
    • For added texture and flavor, sprinkle crushed graham cracker crumbs or a bit of strawberry topping on top of the filled strawberries.
  5. Serve:
    • Arrange the filled strawberries on a serving plate and refrigerate until ready to serve.
