Recipe Introduction
These caramel cheesecake bars are rich, creamy, and perfectly layered with a buttery biscuit base and a glossy caramel topping. Each bite melts in your mouth with the perfect balance of sweetness and smoothness—an easy dessert that looks fancy and tastes unforgettable.

Ingredients

  • 200 g digestive biscuits (or graham crackers), crushed
  • 100 g melted butter
  • 400 g cream cheese, softened
  • 120 g sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 200 ml caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Optional: white chocolate drizzle for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F). Line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter, press firmly into the pan, and chill for 10 minutes.
  3. Beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Let cool completely.
  6. Spread caramel sauce evenly on top and drizzle with white chocolate if desired.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, then cut into bars and serve.
