Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Potatoes:
    • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Wash the potatoes thoroughly and prick them a few times with a fork.
    • Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until they are tender when pierced with a fork.
  2. Cook the Broccoli:
