🧈 Garlic Butter Lemon Salmon

.Ingredients
For the Salmon:
4 salmon fillets, about 6 oz (170 g) each
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, finely minced
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons chicken or vegetable broth
¼ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Lemon slices, for serving
Fresh parsley, for garnish
👩‍🍳 Instructions
Prepare the salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Brush them lightly with olive oil, then season both sides with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Sear the salmon: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the salmon skin-side down and cook for about 4–5 minutes, until the bottom is golden and crisp.
Carefully flip the salmon and cook for another 3–4 minutes, depending on thickness, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Transfer the salmon to a plate.
Make the sauce: Reduce the heat to medium-low. Add the butter to the same skillet. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30–60 seconds, just until fragrant.
Stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, broth, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 1–2 minutes, stirring gently.
Return the salmon to the skillet and spoon the garlic-butter sauce generously over each fillet. Cook for another 1–2 minutes, allowing the flavors to come together.
Remove from the heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
Serve: Transfer the salmon to a serving plate, drizzle with the remaining lemon-garlic butter sauce, and garnish with fresh lemon slices and parsley.
