Β½ cup green bell pepper, diced
Β½ cup red onion, diced
Β½ cup black olives, sliced
Β½ cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Red pepper flakes, optional
Instructions
Make the dough:
Mix the warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until slightly foamy.
Add the flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 7–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Shape the pizzas:
Divide the dough into 6–8 portions. Roll or press each portion into a small round pizza base.
Add the sauce:
Spread pizza sauce over each dough round, leaving a small border around the edges.
Add the toppings:
Sprinkle with mozzarella, then add pepperoni, mushrooms, green pepper, red onion, black olives, and tomatoes. Finish with Italian seasoning.
Bake:
Preheat the oven to 450Β°F (230Β°C). Place the mini pizzas on a baking sheet and bake for about 10–15 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let them cool for a couple of minutes, then serve hot and fresh from the oven. πŸ•πŸ”₯
