✨ Simple DIY Baking Soda Face Mask

Ingredients
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons plain, fragrance-free yogurt
½ teaspoon pure aloe vera gel
1–2 drops water, only if needed to thin the mixture
Directions
Prepare the mixture:
Add the baking soda, plain yogurt, and aloe vera gel to a small clean bowl.
Mix well:
Stir gently until everything is combined and you have a smooth, creamy paste. Add a few drops of water if the mixture is too thick.
Patch test:
Before applying it to your face, test a small amount on a small area of skin and wait to make sure there is no irritation.
Apply:
On clean, dry skin, gently apply a very thin layer. Avoid the eye area, lips, broken skin, and irritated areas. Do not scrub.
Leave on briefly:
Keep the mask on for 5 minutes maximum the first time.
Rinse:
Gently rinse with lukewarm water and pat your face dry. Do not rub.
Moisturize:
Finish with a gentle, fragrance-free moisturizer.
Important Note
Baking soda can be irritating because it is alkaline, especially on sensitive or dry skin. Do not use this mask daily. Stop immediately if you experience burning, itching, redness, or irritation. This DIY mask should not be presented as a proven treatment for wrinkles or dark spots.
