😱 Pan-Fried Cinnamon Rolls — No-Oven Recipe

Ingredients
For the Dough:
500 g all-purpose flour
7 g instant dry yeast
50 g sugar
1 tsp salt
240 ml lukewarm milk
60 g melted butter
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Filling:
80 g softened butter
120 g brown sugar
2 tbsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
For the Frosting:
120 g cream cheese, room temperature
30 g softened butter
100 g powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
1–2 tbsp milk, if needed
👩‍🍳 Preparation
Make the dough: Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add lukewarm milk, egg, vanilla, and melted butter. Knead for 10–12 minutes until smooth, soft, and elastic.
First rise: Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover, and let rise for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Prepare the filling: Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
Roll out: Roll the dough into a rectangle about 40 × 30 cm. Spread the softened butter over the surface, then sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Shape: Roll the dough tightly from the long side into a log. Cut into 8 equal pieces.
Second rise: Grease a 26–28 cm skillet and arrange the rolls inside. Cover and let rise for 30–40 minutes until puffy.
Cook without an oven: Place the skillet on the smallest burner. Cover tightly and cook over very low heat for 25–35 minutes. If needed, rotate the skillet every 8–10 minutes for even cooking.
Make the frosting: Beat cream cheese and butter until creamy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix well, adding milk gradually if the frosting is too thick.
Finish: Turn off the heat and let the rolls rest for 5 minutes. Spread the frosting generously over the warm cinnamon rolls and let it melt slightly into the swirls. 🤎✨
