Thank you❤️🥔 PERFECT BAKED POTATO RECIPE 😋📋 Ingredients:* 2 large Russet potatoes* 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter Salt. to tasteBlack pepper**, to taste2 tablespoons *chopped green onions or chives Optional toppings: Sour cream Shredded cheese Crispy bacon bits Garlic butter Grated parmesan👩‍🍳 Instructions:1. Preheat the Oven Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).2. Wash and Prep the Potatoes* Scrub the potatoes well and dry them completely.* Use a fork to pierce each potato 3–4 times on all sides.3. Season* Rub each potato with olive oil or butter.* Sprinkle generously with salt (you can also add garlic powder or herbs).4. Bake* Place directly on the oven rack or on a baking tray lined with parchment.* Bake for 45 to 60 minutes, depending on size, until the skin is crispy and a fork easily pierces the center.5. Serve* Cut the potato open lengthwise.* Fluff the inside with a fork.* Add a pat of butter, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and chopped green onions.* Finish with your favorite toppings.Enjoy.
