3-Ingredient Flavor-Packed Roasted Potatoes

My best friend couldn’t believe something this simple could taste this good! Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and coated in bold, savory flavor — these potatoes prove that sometimes less really is more.


Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ lbs baby red potatoes, halved
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
  2. Season the Potatoes:
    In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil. Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix over the top and toss until evenly coated.
  3. Roast:
    Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet, cut side down for extra crispiness.
  4. Bake:
    Roast for 35–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
  5. Serve:
    Serve hot and enjoy the most flavorful, crispy potatoes with almost no effort!
