3-Ingredient Flavor-Packed Roasted Potatoes
My best friend couldn’t believe something this simple could taste this good! Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and coated in bold, savory flavor — these potatoes prove that sometimes less really is more.
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ lbs baby red potatoes, halved
- 1 packet dry onion soup mix
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper. - Season the Potatoes:
In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil. Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix over the top and toss until evenly coated. - Roast:
Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet, cut side down for extra crispiness. - Bake:
Roast for 35–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the edges. - Serve:
